Shot-stopper
Alphonse Areola (West Ham): His team were close to being six behind at Bournemouth without him. Key display, delivered and demonstrated real class. Superb shot-stopping to help achieve a 2-2 draw. A loss might have ruined their entire term.
Defenders
Daniel Munoz (Crystal Palace): He's in the running for season's best. People will talk Arsenal's squad. He is the standout player by far.
Murillo (Nottingham Forest): You'd have been a wild optimist to say 'Murillo nets and we defeat Liverpool 3-0 at Anfield'. You'd have got massive odds on that. He was excellent. He is turning into a force. He proves to be a tough opponent. Pleased to see him playing like last season.
Malick Thiaw (Newcastle): I watched him several occasions the previous season in Italy for AC Milan and he struggled due to errors. However with the Magpies he's been dominant. He's been great strength and imposing and seems polished. It seems he's found a perfect fit.
Ferdi Kadioglu (Brighton): Not usually a defender, leaning towards a attacking-minded offensively. He's been a wonderful signing for Brighton. Who would be surprised at them discovering another star out of nowhere? It seemed releasing Pervis Estupinan that was strange but the club is aware better than most.
Central players
Sander Berge (Fulham) and Elliot Anderson (Nottingham Forest): Alike in style and they are selected for the shared purpose. Their sides were victorious, everyone will talk about the goalscorers, but lacking these players those teams don't click. They are so good. They break up play, they support going forward.
Eberechi Eze (Arsenal): The man of the moment. A lot of followers, including my son, had doubts if he could be the man to lead them to success. A hat-trick in the local rivalry and supporters now wish to erect a monument of him. Goals, composure, he dominated. The best player on the pitch.
Morgan Rogers (Aston Villa): Perhaps this represents point of agreement with Thomas Tuchel on - he is at a point now where it is quite challenging to drop Morgan Rogers. I didn't think his beginning was strong this campaign, I believe he was a little bit entitled and believed he could join to Chelsea, and likely desired it, but he seems to have settled down. A brilliant brace obviously against Leeds dragged his team when trailing. He proved decisive.
Attackers
Callum Wilson (West Ham): I said he appeared not his normal self. He appeared as if he was slower. However, incredible. That's all I can say. He shone. Brilliant in his play and through his scoring.
Harvey Barnes (Newcastle): A very notable player. He excels, usually better when introduced, but Anthony Gordon has an injury so he must start. He failed to convert a huge chance against Manchester City at 0-0 with his simplest attempt. Yet possessing the mental fortitude to enter into challenging moments and get a brace was impressive.
Boss
Sean Dyche (Nottingham Forest): He comes in and beats Arne Slot. A superb tactical approach. Possibly it was several more for Forest and nobody could have argued.
